Nautical tourism on the rise in Montenegro

Last year, Montenegro registered a rise in tourist activities related to nautical tourism and a great increase in the traffic of passengers and vessels.
The Ministry of Tourism reported that 2,807 yachts sailed into the country, which is 7.6 per cent more than the previous year. The number of tourists on them was 11,078 or 3.72 per cent more than the previous year.
Most yachts arrived from the USA, then from Croatia, Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Germany, France, Slovenia, etc. Yachts stayed in the Montenegrin ports for an average 7 days. Also, 268 foreign cruisers arrived to Montenegrin ports.
