Montenegro featured in “50 Places of a Lifetime”

American magazine National Geographic Traveler included Montenegro in its special collector’s edition “50 Places of a Lifetime”.
A photograph of Sveti Stefan was on the front page of the edition, published a decade after a landmark issue which sought to showcase treasured destinations that every curious traveller should visit in a lifetime.
Now, in its 25th-anniversary year, NG Traveler recognizes the first 50 places and offers another 50 that speak to the transformation of travel since 1999 - how we travel, where we travel, why we travel.
Montenegro was featured in the section Country Unbound. The article described six locations including Perast, Sveti Stefan, olive orchards in Bar, Manastir Ostrog, Zabljak and Tara.
