British investors and Atlas group team up in EUR 120 million residential and trade centre project

British investment company Boka Adriatic Development Montenegro and Montenegro’s Atlas group announced they have formed a partnership to implement a EUR 120 million project for the construction of a residential and trade complex in the Adriatic resort of Budva, Montenegrin media reported on Wednesday.
The complex will comprise a residential building, a five-star hotel and a trade exhibition hall, daily Vijesti reported, quoting a Boka Adriatic statement. The statement did not provide a deadline for the implementation of the project.
Boka Adriatic is confident in Montenegro as a tourist and investment destination, the company's head Tim Levy is quoted as saying.
