Velika plaza for lease

The Privatisation Council invited international investors yesterday to express their interest in a long-term lease of Velika plaza in Ulcinj, including construction and management of world class facilities, until June 16. The proposed project represents a model of sustainable development of high level tourism.
The buyers are expected to harmonise the architecture and design with the highest international standards, and the style with the natural environment. The Government reminds that the Spatial Plan for the area of tourist complex Velika plaza predicts six models.
