Russians building luxury mansions in Zavala

In peninsula Zavala in Budva, a project is currently underway for construction of a hotel, a tower with more than 20 stories, and luxurious mansions for sale. Mirax group from Russia, which was presented as the main investor for the project by the local authorities of Budva, already started the sale of houses at a price of at least EUR 6,000 per sqm.
The project is named Astro Montenegro, and company with the same name was formed in Budva, whose basic activity is to develop real estates. Founders of this company are anonymous companies from USA and Liberia. The Municipality of Budva was accused of urban chaos, which does not fit the development of tourism planned in other locations in Montenegro.
