Hotel As, currently undergoing renovation works in which Russian company Njega tours will invest EUR 60 million, will have its first guests on June 1 next year.
The Moscow-based company bought hotel As in January 2002 from HTP Budvanska rivijera and the Government of Montenegro, at a price of DEM 5 million. It is already certain that the hotel, which will cover the area of around 60,000sqm, will be a true paradise for wealthy guests. Besides exclusive rooms, high standard service, luxurious restaurants, guests will be able to enjoy six pools, spa centre, open amphitheatre, discotheque, casino, sports grounds, three tennis courts and skating rink.
