New tourist complex to be built on cape Kobila

Mayor of Herceg Novi confirmed that Atlas group paid the municipality EUR 4 million as a compensation for the city land in cape Kobila, where tourist hotel complex of Rt Mimoza will be built. Last year, Atlas group was included in a construction project in cape Kobila, through mediation of company CIVAS, which owns 85 percent of shareholder’s capital of company Rt Mimoza.
In one of the most attractive parts of the municipality of Herceg Novi, there will be 1200 apartments, two hotels of high category with 500 rooms, business and shopping centre, casino, discotheque, sports facilities, marina and a promenade. The investment is worth EUR 190m and should be finished until 2012.
