Property prices on Montenegrin coast increased by EUR 500 to 1,000 per square metre comparing to the last year, reports Montenegrin daily paper Vijesti. The properties on the coast cost around EUR 3,000 per sqm, and in exclusive places, such as Sveti Stefan and Rafailovici, the price of a sqm reaches up to EUR 8,000.
The prices of land vary, and the most sought after are urbanised plots with the view of the sea and developed infrastructure. The land in Budva costs around EUR 100 to 150 per sqm more than in Bar, Tivat and Herceg Novi. The price depends on several factors – view of the sea, proximity to the beach, parking places, etc.
