UNIQA - new insurance player in Montenegro

The biggest central European insurance house, UNIQA Group, will start operating in Montenegro, and the beginning of operations will be marked by the special coordinator of the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe, Erhard Busek. UNIQA Group will considerably strengthen the competition in the Montenegrin insurance market which it recently entered and announced ambitious plans.
Lovcen osiguranje is currently the leader on the Montenegrin insurance market and holds 70 percent of the market share. UNIQA Group is present in 20 countries and has a tradition 148 years. It has 6.5 million clients in over 1,800 subsidiaries all over Europe.
