Property prices in Montenegro reached a maximum

Owner of Montenegrin company Cijevna komerc Danilo Petrovic estimated that property prices in Podgorica have reached a maximum and said that he expected the market to slow down in the next six months. Petrovic says that it is obvious that Montenegrin property market is expanding and the value of properties in certain parts of the city are overestimated.
He believes that the basic problem in construction today is the lack of qualified workforce. Announcing the further development of his company, Petrovic pointed out that the priority of Cijevna komerc this year will be o open another hotel and start the construction of objects in Primorje.
