Part of Milocer to be opened this summer

Singapore-based company Aman Resorts will open eight rooms in hotel Milocer this summer, while Sveti Stefan will open its doors to guests next year. Company’s office in Hong Kong said that the representatives of the company are still negotiating on the plans in Montenegro.
Aman Resorts took over the management of hotels Sveti Stefan, Milocer and Kraljicina plaza on January 31 last year, in accordance with the signed contract on long-term lease and investment. The annual lease of Sveti Stefan and Milocer is EUR 1.6 million, Kraljicina plaza EUR 500,000, with investments of at least EUR 40million. The annual lease in the period of reconstruction will be EUR 1.96 million.
