Villa Igalo for sale

The Montenegrin Ministry of Finance invited public tenders for the purchase of Villa Igalo at the initial price of EUR 2.25 million. The villa with the surface of 239.4 square metres, another 96 square metres building and the land with buildings of the total surface of 2,100 square metres are offered for sale.
The public soliciting is set for March 26 at noon in the premises of the Ministry of Finance. The applications for the participation at the auction can be submitted by March 18. All those who buy the documentation, submit the banking collateral in the amount of EUR 112,600 or make deposits in the same amount have the right to participate in the tender. The price of the documentation is EUR 2,000.
