Colliers International plans new investments in Montenegro

The Colliers International in Montenegro will work on large projects in the forthcoming period, together with significant international investors that, it believes, would benefit the country.
“We have several projects that we shall present to Montenegro’s public over the weeks and months to come,” said Andreas Marambos, the head of the Colliers Montenegro Office.
However, Marambos added, the Colliers has been active in Montenegro since 2000, and it is already working on current projects, such as, Delta Shopping Mall in Podgorica. The company is of the opinion that Montenegro has a great potential and that the Colliers would play an important role in its development.
