Mediteran in Zabljak for lease

The Montenegrin Privatisation Council invited the interested international investors to express their interest in the long-term lease of complex Mediteran in Zabljak, including the construction and management of the world class objects.
The intention of the Montenegrin Government is, as the invitation states, to ensure an adequate and comprehending development of this destination into a unique, multifunctional tourist complex on a high level.
The proposed project has to present the model of a sustainable development on a high level. The interested investors are expected to keep the architecture, projecting and engineering in accordance with the highest international standards, and the style with the natural environment.
