The Montenegrin Ministry of Tourism has invited international investors to make an estimate for building and managing natural tourist complexes on the Adriatic coast. The Government intends to offer a part of the island Ada Bojana for a long-term lease.
The regional plan for Ulcinj defines the development of elite tourism and building 2,500 hotel beds on Ada Bojana. The lessee is expected to use the architecture and development in line with the highest international standards and apply only the style consistent with the natural environment. The interested investors need to submit their offers by May 5.
