Looking for investors for Ada, Bigovo and Mediteran

The Montenegrin Government is ready to announce three international tenders, inviting letters of interest for the long-term lease of the island Ada in front of Ulcinj and the army resorts Bigovo close to Tivat and Mediteran on Zabljak.
This tender, administered by the Ministries of Defense and Tourism, is an invitation to strategic investors with a minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, construction, management and marketing of exclusive tourist complexes. It is planned to lease all three attractive locations long-term, and the main conditions of the tender are the payment of annual rent to the state and the construction of exclusive tourist contents.
