Citizens of EU will have property privileges in Montenegro

Real estate agents and lawyers have different perspectives on the compromise that could be achieved between the government and the opposition, concerning the adoption of the bill on property rights relations, writes Montenegrin daily Republika.
Minister of Finance Igor Luksic announced that the government would reach a compromise solution with the oppositional parties so that the bill would be adopted by two thirds in the Parliament. The association of lawyers suggests an introduction of reciprocity, with a possibility of allowing the purchase of real estate to foreigners only from the EU countries
