No construction in Zavala until permits are obtained

Montenegrin Minister of Tourism Predrag Nenezic said that there was a mistake made regarding the case of Zavala due to a dispute with the administration. Communal inspection recently sealed the construction site in the cape of Zavala, where Russian Mirax group is building 30 mansions and a 27-story hotel, because of the lack of a construction permit, reports Montenegrin daily Vijesti.
The Ministry and the Government stopped the construction until all necessary permits are obtained. Nenezic said that this is a high quality project and is supported by the people of Budva. He said that an estimation of the location is in progress, as well as court procedures.
