Two hotels and 32 mansions to be built in Zavala

The architects of the urban project “Tourist complex Zavala”, the public discussion on which will end today, decided that a complex of two hotels and 32 mansions (with 237 apartments at most), will be built in a cape that separates Budva and Becici. Adopting an urban project, which is soon expected in the local parliament, is one of the preconditions for receiving the construction permit.
The investor in the project in Zavala is Russian Mirax group, which recently started the construction work and hurried up with the construction of several mansions, but stopped them after the intervention of inspectors. The Russians are the majority owners of the construction site.
