Amanresorts plans hotel complex in the north of Montenegro

Singapore-based Amanresorts, which has a concession on hotels Sveti Stefan, Milocer and Kraljicina plaza, plans to build hotel complexes in the mountains in the north of Montenegro. President of Aman Adrian Zecha said that they want to round up their offer in Montenegro in the future and offer the guests a vacation on the coast and in the mountains.
Zecha announced that hotel Milocer will be opened on July 1, Sveti Stefan in the same period next year, while the construction of Kraljicina plaza will last until 2010. Amanresorts has leased the hotels for the period of 30 years and will invest at least EUR 40million for reconstruction.
