Adria Developments was registered at the Commercial Court in Podgorica under registration No. 5-0337373/001 in 2006. Its head office is in Herceg Novi. Adria Developments was founded by Montenegro Developments AS which has a head office in Norway. The owners of Montenegro Developments have long-standing and rich experience concerning investment projects.
At the moment Adria Developments is developing over 10,000 m2 of urban land in the area of Herceg Novi Riviera, an extraordinary location. In the near future the company plans construction of 6 to 8 exclusive residential units built to European construction standards.
